If you are unhappy with any aspect of your care or the service you have received, we encourage you to tell us as soon as possible so that we can investigate your concerns and work towards a satisfactory resolution.

If your complaint relates to your NHS care rather than your private treatment, please refer to the Ashfields Primary Care NHS website at https://www.sandbachgps.nhs.uk/.
We aim to acknowledge your complaint within three working days.
Your complaint will be investigated by an appropriate member of the management or clinical team who has not been directly involved in the matter where possible.
We will keep you informed of the progress of the investigation and aim to provide a full written response within 20 working days. If additional time is required due to the complexity of the investigation, we will explain the reasons for the delay and provide regular updates.
All complaints relating to Ashfields Private Clinic are handled confidentially.
Complaint records are maintained separately from your clinical records and will not affect the care you receive.

If we are unable to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction by our internal process, your concern will be escalated, at your request, to our stage 2 process which is mediation provided by the Centre for Dispute Resolution https://www.cedr.com/.
As Ashfields Private Clinic is an independent healthcare provider, complaints about private treatment are not covered by the NHS complaints procedure or the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman (PHSO).
